Our Instructors

Students can expect an organized teaching style carried out with high energy, a positive demeanour, and dedication to quality efforts by our lead instructor, Andy Boudreau.

Powerskating & puck handling skills as well as individual & team tactics will be taught on-ice through curriculum-based learning as lessons progress from simple to complex. This will help the student build from a solid foundation as their movement literacy grows throughout the season.

Off-ice experience includes a Kinesiology degree from Brock University, NHL training camp internships as well as 8+ years experience as a strength coach for athletes and adults of all ages and skill levels. A lifetime of on-ice experience is also brought forth from years having played hockey competitively at the University, minor pro, junior, and AAA levels.
